I am running VMware Workstation 6.0.2 build-59824 on a Windows Vista x64 Business host. I have used Workstation to Import several Microsoft Virtual PC images into VMware. The conversion worked fine and all the images are working properly.
Recommended: To update your SCSI Adapter, download the driver installer below. Our database has over 11 million drivers, you can quickly identify every SCSI.
However, each time I start up any of the images I get a message saying 'Your guest operating system is Windows XP and you have one or more virtual SCSI devices installed in your virtual machine. Please be aware that Windows XP does not support the BusLogic SCSI adapter that VMware Workstation currently uses for its virtual SCSI drivers. If you have not done so already, you will need to install our driver in the virtual machine. You can downloaed the driver from our Web site at 'http://www.vmware.com/info?id=43'. Click OK to continue or Cancel to abort.'
I have installed VMtools in all the images. I have also gone to URL specified, but it redirects me back to the downloads landing page. I have also tried searching thru the KB looking for solutions to this and everything I could find dealt with installing the driver when installing the OS. That wasn't an option for me since these are converted from running Microsoft Virtual PC images.

Is there a different driver I need to download from VMware? Is this just a configuration change I need to make? I've been using VMware for quite a few years, but I've never really had to dig into it at this level before, so I'm a bit lost.
BTW the same message appears on the Windows Server 2003 guest images, just substiute Windows Server 2003 in the message above instead of Windows XP.
Thanks in advance!!
